The silver surfer may be made in the usa with parts made it china. I tried to order a replacement heater for a back up and was told to send the unit back for repair. So I guess the heating element is made in China. Does any one know how many watts the heater is?

I have the ground glass wand and heater cover. Can be used as hands free, the wand lines up soooo much better with the groung glass heater cover.

I found replacement tubing at sears hardware store in the plumbing department. 3/8 id with 1/2 od used for water lines. ten feet for 2.99!

XYU, I turn my SS on high for two minute to warm up, Then I turn it to three O clock and works fine. I get great hits and no combustion! I guess each ss is different but once you fine the right setting it works great!!!!!! I had two other vapes and were junk compare to the Silver Surfer!

Vtac is correct the tubing is slipping off the down stem that goes into the ice chamber. So just take the down stem out, wet the tubing and it slides into the ice chamber and works great! It's a cheap and simple fix! I have the 3/8 tubing. Looks like the down stems were made for the 1/4...
