You are probably right. For some People it helps to suck the Vapor under their Tongue to moisten it. Many need to drink constantly while Vapeing. Your best bet would be trying out a Water Tool, i think. YMMV

the Volcano was already mentionend a few Times, just wanted to ad that the new dosing Capsules could be a great help for someone blind - if you have somebody to help you / fill them for you. That would make filling and doseing very easy. I also think, a Mighty or Crafty could be quite useable...
