The M1d2 was the newer one when I bought mine; then I bought the M107 for $10 less because it was the older "model". Maybe they're using the older designations again so people wouldn't concern themselves with which "model" they're getting anymore.

Some of these substances' flash points are close to their boiling point. I think, at higher temperatures some terpenes and whatever are igniting, and this might be why we miss their flavor at higher temperatures. We might also be inhaling some combustion by-products.

If you neglect your loose lidded LB long enough, that brownish material builds up where the vapor escapes and becomes sort of a sealant. It keeps the vapor inside and makes the lid tighter. I don't mean to say the lb has loose lids. I just like saying loose lidded, but you know what I mean.
