I really think it helps, I’ve preordered vapes before & heard nothing for years, but the way Dan is doing it you get an idea of where you’re at & a peek into the process. Plus from the photo I saw a few years back it looks like they’re all being properly made in Santa’s workshop.

I sent some photos before I posted it to them @Baron23. I haven’t sent photos since it came back, I have sent quite a few emails but just couldn’t get a label. The new one is working great so I haven’t bothered to chase it up for a while.

Thanks for that. I like using vaporisers & I want to like using this one. I’ll slow down my draw while trying some different grinds over the next couple of weeks. I buy a lot of vaporizers & often have to send some back for warranty repair, so I’m happy to do anything it takes to avoid this.
