The first thing that came to mind when reading this thread was this classic scene: Is it safe???

I voted yes on 64 and here's how I look at. Much like Obamacare, it is NOT perfect by any means, BUT I look at both of these measures as a starting point, a cracking open the door if you will allowing further refinements to make them both better than what they currently are.
