I used to pre-grind probably around 1/2 of what i would buy, and put it into a smaller container. This was my method, until i spilt all of my pre-ground into my carpet... Needless to say I grind as I go now.

Devo- Yeah, i usually vape until my herb is a pretty earthy color brown, maybe a little lighter than dirt. I have gotten little black specks occasionally, but not usually. I also hold my hits in as long as i can. Not like super mega "supply of oxygen to brain is gone, brain cells dying long"...

I get visible vapor, sometimes a lot of it. I have a hard time distinguishing this from smoke though. I have never used any other vaporizers. My high just feels incomplete. Or in other words, not nearly as good as my smoking high. Like basicially all i feel is that my mind is kind of cloudy...

To get around this problem, and save gas, i just have a candle lit whenever i vaporize. So i just press the gas when the lighter is by the candle, and it ignites with no flint dust being produced.
