I’ve got a Ti hopper that was covered in fine scratches when I bought it. However, a few minutes with a Cape Cod Polishing Cloth made it look like it was brand new. I’m sure it would also work on my SS Hopper but I haven’t had to try it yet.

That’s the way the G43 works, so it makes sense he would use it that way. Naturally it requires a higher temperature as the load is further from the heater. You can be sure I’ll be giving it a go when my P80 lands.

Could you make it sit flush by shaving a small amount off the other end of the screw? :hmm: I.e. does this issue arise because the length of the screw is very slightly too long or is it a different problem?

Yes, I have a Lotus. I don’t disagree with many of your observations but it cannot hit as hard as an Elev8r.

Nope, it can’t I’m afraid. However hard you think your Lotus hits, the Elev8r hits harder.
