I don’t have a WS, I have the e-nano. Similar experience but not vapcap compatible. It’s nice—better flavor than even a cooler temp vapcap, pure convection. I find I don’t get very dark abv with the log, so I tend to transfer my abv from the log stem to a vapcap and hit several more times. WS...

An easy fix for these tiny fit issues is a wrap of thread around the base of the tip to very slightly increase its diameter. I use the degummed hemp, because I have some, but cotton thread should work too. Edit: note to self, read through before responding. Someone may have gone there already...

Just FYI, in my experience with both the Omni stem and vong stem, the Omni condenser does not completely close off the airport. It drastically reduces airflow but does not shut if completely like covering it does. For a dedicated water piece, I prefer to just put anothe x-ring above the airport...

Thanks Ed. I ran a few q-tips of everclear through the stem, and they kept coming back the same level of blackened. I’m assuming that is just how Blackwood behaves.... didn’t seem like I was cleaning something out, more that there’s pigment that transfers. Am I right, or should I clean a bunch...
