I recently got the 18mm Stubby Gong . 3 hits on level 7 and it's done . No stirring needed . Great for , if you're in a rush and you don't have time to enjoy a regular size bowl . I think the temp level you're vaping at may dictate if you require stirring or not . Along with the load size .

There's no logo on mine from MD , but I can def. fill it above the slits , with no drainage whatsoever . I would submit a ticket , good luck on it .

Yes they do , they're ID serial #'s that correspond to each individual unit . No 2 Solos have the Same Identical set of #'s . That is why when you exercise your warranty , they may ask for it .
