Anyone heard about this vape being on a Black Friday sale?
Also, if you buy from an unauthorized dealer like vape smart, do you still get the lifetime warranty?
How long does the battery last and how long does it take to charge?
This thing sounds almost perfect. Just concerned about its durability and any emerging issues with it as a first generation device. For that I guess only time will tell.
Here's hoping puffitup will carry it, with a decent FC...
I think someone said they were going to send you their Summit to try so you could make an adapter for it. It was someone who was out of town and was planning to get it to you when they returned.
Yes, I know about using PBW and all, but I can't seem to get the liquid -- or water either, for that matter--OUT of the little thing. It doesn't spill, great, but it doesn't drain either, no matter how I shake it or turn it.
What I can't figure out is how the heck to clean that little tiny micro bubbler from dhgate, the one you can put in your pocket or anywhere and it won't spill. Water goes in, nothing comes out, how can you clean, rinse and dry It?
This has been researched in technical and electronic detail and discussed extensively here, with the definite consensus that for safety and warranty reasons,,YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE A NON FACTORY BATTERY!
Some very knowledgeable people here have thoroughly checked this out. Take advantage of...
Agreed! Just drove to the beach for a week and back, with that same combination. Vaping all the way, including actually ON the crowded beach. Nobody noticed or nobody even cared. :D
OK so where is the vapor path in this pic? Underneath the circuit boards? And how the heck did you get it open? I've only been able to shove pipe cleaners in for cleaning but didn't think it was "user-openable".
Yeah, wise girl does sound stupid, but wise woman sounds pretentious. Just don't call me a Made Man!:disgust:
In any case, guess what appeared on my doorstep today? A replacement Summit! What a pleasant surprise. I had spoken to Kevin at VapeWorld a couple days ago to see if turnaround...
Sent mine back to VapeWorld for repair or replacement. Wanted to take it to the beach next week but doesn't look like that's gonna happen...oh well, have to make do with the Air :\.
This thing is just so darn convenient. I miss it already.
I have a Summit but I don't think that is the vape for you, @eskimo_rising. It has a pretty wide opening on the mouthpiece so the vapor can get hot on higher temps. It can be mitigated some by using a cover screen over your material and you can stick to only low temps. But as of yet there are no...
Yes, I am having a similar experience. My unit stopped charging (tried several other USB charging cables) so I just spoke to them & got the RMA process started. They sent me a FedEx label. But they said it could take 14 business days to turn it around! Damn, I was planning on taking this thing...
Actually, not that I'm proud of it, but I am the one who put a battery in backwards and freaked out cause I got a blinking alternate red and yellow light.
Go to puffitup.com. Same price there, plus a 15% FC discount. When I got my Summit, I first looked there but at the time Vapium had an exclusive with Vapeworld. So I got it there, but kind of wished I had known puffitup would get it, cause their customer service is stellar. I like to support...
