Note that this is 9/16" OD rather than the stock 7/16" OD with 1/8" wall rather than 1/16" - in other words, thicker and heavier. Probably less elasticity, too. I'm not saying that this is unsuitable (especially given that all the spec's aren't listed); it may very well be. However, IMO good...

Sorry, don't know about the in-store credit. Probably the support ticket is the way to go. So your unit was set on max? That's combustion territory for flowers, especially extra dry from a previous session. And that can happen after the unit is turned off because of the EVO's heat retention.

If yours is a Trade-In, IIRC only proof of purchase will be required. You keep your old unit. I don't think you need to do anything at the moment.
