See, you're a professional potentially. It goes on the bill as 'Dissassembly, Inspection and Alignment'...... A convenient side benefit is you don't have to produce the failed parts on demand, like if you'd actually did change out a bad part. You can also be another source of a genuine...

In troubleshooting circles this is known as a variation on 'the flashlight syndrome'. In classic form have a dead and working flashlight, you clean contacts, swap in a known good bulb from the working unit and new batteries and are still in the dark. In this version, you take the flashlight...

Both are easy to try and confirm the only metric really important here.....how it effects you? How it helps, or doesn't, others doesn't really matter in the end, right? Cure can be a factor, dry herb tends to vape faster and more concentrated. FWIW, many guys are irritated by the 'light...

True enough in the normal mode of use. But here, used inverted over a WT there at two additional forces that will cause 'backflow' up and into the vape. First there's that old 'hot air rising' thing. At idle this means vapor floats into the vape, not up the glass stem (minor as that flow...

At least some of it no doubt does 'backflow' but it'll be minor compared to what happens 'downstream'. It will, naturally, condense as it cools to some extent. However, condensate is neither conductive nor corrosive and therefore should present no issues there. If it gets excessive, smell...

Sounds like good advice to me. In fact I doubt you'll get much argument around here...... Regards to all. OF

    Discontinued Purple-Days Vaporizer

I use mine from time to time, but not in the last six months or so. I set it up and use it until I go back to Solo, Vapman, F2 and other favorites. Now that you've planted the seed, I'll probably dig it out soon. FWIW I like to set it up in the garden and run it on a battery pack. Since they...

Naw, hemp doormats are the worse. There are actually some fairly clean areas on hemp shoes........ OF

Yup, although it's hard to understand how a cylindrical thing has such dimensions (not uncommon with Amazon....) it's still a half inch wide (OD) hole against an inch and a half one (depth has no advantage), and the Silicone is easier in the pocket. The important thing is to have something...

I see no reason why not, unscrewing the pearl has been discussed before. You have to wait for it all to cool, of course. It need not be glass, of course, in that case. OF

No doubt, as long as your aim is better than mine...... In a pinch I bet the MP cover would work? OF

I'm with you there, JC, although I still sometimes use them. If there's a need, like this, I use one of those little Silicone Oil Jars, like these...

So they have thought of it? Have you checked their posts on this thread? Or the others where this topic has been discussed in depth? Micro dose is, IMO, a very subjective term. Others might not agree with your definition. Edit: It's "advertised as a micro-doser"? I just checked, I don't...

Glad you're happy with the modifications, perhaps others will be too. What makes you think DaVinci hasn't thought of this? If you check back on Ascent (two models and several years back) you'll see they did just that........ A glass spacer was developed with considerable efforts (problems...

I too had no such issues, still perceptions are real to the guy making them? The heater is a ceramic element. The only plastic and other materials near by are suitable to the duty (no off gassing): https://blog.puffitup.com/2018/02/argo-teardown-ripping-arizers-newest-portable-apart/ As J56...

You're welcome. That's what I have in mine. Them E-cig guys take their battery testing seriously. A weak/bad choice could block their access to nicotine......not a good thing to do. OF

Please note the post above yours, and mine four above that (and the one linked in it). You don't need the "high discharge" (meaning it's wasted). Under actual testing, the Vapcell is the call. Remember, published capacity numbers are often wishful thinking. OF

Fine by me, of course, everyone gets an opinion? Can you demonstrate these 'machining oils and by-products'? They don't show up on MSDS sheets..... And can you show that these mystery oils don't actually burn with everything else? That fire is mighty hot. Since this product is made by...

AFAIK it's fine. The concerns about purity have to do with the lighter, or in the case of Iolite the device. For sure you can't control the quality of gas in disposable lighters. I suppose there might be some really nasty gas somewhere, but typical cans sold should be fine IMO. OF
