Happy to report firefly has great customer service and will be sending me a new device. My warranty issue they said was a common thread among early problems. Button malfunctions. Anywho, thankful they are honoring the warranty.

I hand pick for grind. Tamp down. 365* temp and 10 second draw.

Loaded up with gorilla glue #4 and the clouds at 165* are amazing. They just keep coming

Packed up my ff2 to send back. Faulty as ever!! The CFX honestly could be one of the best vapes I've used. My only complaint with this thing is that the flavor isn't in your face good but it's definitely good. This thing is a workhorse!! Love it

Cannot wait to hear from firefly tomorrow! My battery didn't even last me a whole bowl this morning and now only the left button works. Hopefully I can just get my money back. Love the unit when it works but I feel this is a steep price for these potential flaws.

Fully charged it lasted me roughly 2-3 bowls. Roughly 3 hours on and off. Did you have to pay a restocking fee? Mine is surely defective, there is zero doubt.

Common issue with mine is the left button turns on my bowl no matter what setting I have it on.

Has anyone been able to fix the whistle?? Also why does the light randomly flash blue when not in use?

Mines 15 then 30. It decides
