I Purchased my firefly 2+ early October. Within a week the battery they shipped with it went South (solid red light in external charger). Today Customer Service called me to tell me they were shipping me a replacement battery. All in all it seems Customer Service has improved!

Just out of curiosity, what does wick taste like? I use the Era with 7 or so different pods, and on occasion get a strong, unpleasant taste. Is that wick?

I totally agree as well. I own both the FF1 and 2. Still use both but the FF2 needs a battery charge after six draws or else I get the much discussed red light treatment. I sent it in for repair, but it was returned in the same condition. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE KILLS FUTURE SALES in my book!

Sad day for my FF2! It had been showing the blinking red light syndrome (in the middle of a draw) for a few weeks, so I ordered a new battery. Fully charged, it works for about 3 draws and then the lights start blinking again -- first the green heating light blinks off and on a couple of times...

As I recall, it was 6 or 8 months between legalization and the opening of retail stores here in WA state, maybe longer. But maybe our northern neighbors are better prepared, IDK.

Not completely over them, but “graduated” to on-demand oil vape pens. I still enjoy the flavor that I get from my Firefly 2, but in the middle of the night, when all I need is a quick hit, I reach for the pen.
