Well, this is all bleh :\ hahaha but seriously, I don't know if I'd care for that. I often take oil (bho) and 'two cap' it, using the max temp. This gives me a 'dab' in the same ease as with a nail/dome rig...I wonder if the Cloud Plus would be able to extract a large dab completely in one hit.

Thanks! That makes MUCH more sense! I know where my confusion stemmed from...up until recently, AFAIK, the bamboo breaking was a non fixable, even in warranty, type of issue...correct? I think most of us are/were under the assumption that the Clouds bamboo breaking was not a warrantable repair...
