I would also concur - 10-15 min for excellence, 2-3 min for capable. I can arrive at excellent performance in 5 min when using Turbo Mode (dial to max, turn on, wait for green, dial to 1:30-2PM, wait for green - clouds......

If I warm up at max and after green dial down to 2:00, it is about 20-30 seconds of red light. @biohacker, do you have a IR thermometer to test and see if there is any temp change between the two settings?

Same. I use a WeMo that turns the EVO on at 4PM - ~30 minutes before I end up home on my early days. It then turns off at :29 and :59 past each hour. It turns on at :00 and :30 of each hour, so it is always ready. I have a catchall rule to turn it off at 2:30 AM to be ready to go tomorrow...
