I’m glad I’ve never gotten sucked into the whole grinder rabbit hole and have only ever purchased the magic flight finishing grinder and a regular off amazon because this sounds like a buy once and never have to think of buying another grinder again. The initial $80 hit is gonna hurt though...

That’s the way to do it, send the new one out and then send your broken one back. That should be standard practice with all companies, in a perfect world I guess.

The only thing I can think of is how it does with lots of nugs that are still "moist". I have about 10 strains at any given time that are all kept at 62% humidity. Maybe this has already been tested but my brain is like a goldfish's.

There’s so many different option on that website I surprised there’s no option to get both tip and cap together for a little discount. Price for both is kind of much, although I guess that’s really the parts that make the vapcap the vapcap for the most part.
