My analysis shows negligable difference. The herb chamber is insulated and identical for both SS & Ti. There will be a minuscule difference at the pen tip where the SS vs. Ti will play a bit of a role on cooling the vapor. Any difference IMHO will be subjective.

Brain fart. Ti has better thermal conductivity than SS. Though those numbers are so close and not specific to any alloys that I don't think a meaningful analysis can be made on thermal conductivity alone. I hope others don't mind that I edit my earlier post for correctness.

I think your grasshopper has backend issues, even if Trevor says no. There is no reason for the back to get hot. The only thing that would cause this is significant electrical resistance. That heat being generated in the back is going to cut into your battery life(could be negligible though).

Great post. I'm not sure where the hype is coming from. There certainly is energy wasted using induction rather than directly connecting the heater. This product and the whole approach they have taken on selling it really rubs me the wrong way.

As mentioned many times before, if you backed them on IGG you took the risk that you may never receive anything at all. That is how crowdfunding works. Could you explain how have hopper labs have wasted your time? Is it due to the extra amount of time spent complaining about them on FC?

Why are people emailing them asking them about ship dates? The website has your "estimated" ship date. You really think Hopper Labs is going to give you different information that what is listed on there? Quit wasting their time. If you are impatient, cancel your order and let the rest move up...

Haven't had to do anything beyond an ISO soak, but adding salt has always done the trick for me on stubborn stains. Need that abrasive salt to do it's magic as you shake.
