Still get black buildup on my quartz insert. Is that unavoidable at the moment with the current attys? I want to be able to produce nice clouds as well so maybe it’s one of those can’t have one without the other type deals...

Since I’ve received my replacement atty(one with numbers printed on the side) I noticed the quartz cup doesn’t rattle. The design doesn’t look much different than before, been having pretty good luck with the quartz bucket. Have still yet to try TI.

Anyone else’s iOS app only showing the temp dial go up to 480? Can’t seem to get it go any higher. Had no issues before. Thought it was the atty but just tried it with the replacement and nothing.

Anyone else using the app and notice the temp dial changes as you screw on the atty? Mine is very finicky. Slight tighten on the atty and my app goes into flower mode temps, then slight loosen it tighten and will change back to oil temps. Also noticed that my atty temps only go up to 480, where...

Hmm have dispensary grade stuff. I just feel like more should vaporize than what’s being left in the cup. I could be wrong. Still having good results so far.

Hey anyone else having a lot of leftovers? Carta has been working well, get good clouds off heat lvl 2-3 on quartz but only get 1 heat cycle worth of vapor. Everything tastes good just when I wipe clean with the qtip there is a lot left over. I’ve tried making my dabs smaller, still no overflow...

Anyone have any suggestions on oil rising to the top of the insert? I seem to have more leftover than I should. Running on the all at 680 with a quartz insert.

I also received that atomizer with my replacement unit. Have to line it up with the top and screw on upside down since there is no little holders down by the ceramic anymore. Seems to be working well

So just received my replacement unit and my atomizer doesn’t have the little side guards next to the ceramic disc to hold the dish....is this an old style atomizer?

I see the dry herb atomizer is on the website now. Says out of stock, Looks just like the wax atomizer so I’m guessing that’s just a stock pic. Says May 1st release

Got a replacement with ridges and one from vapeactive with ridges. Retail didn’t have any. One from vapeactive is just giving me flashing green lights, defective?

Got a replacement atty and still was giving me a burnt taste. Tried the atty I bought from vapeactive and am met with flashing green lights when I try a heat cycle. This has been a mess for the $ I’ve paid. Also just went to vapeactive and their website now says carta v2 rig....when I bought it...

Anyone having issues with their carta overheating? Heat lvl 1 and getting one cycle and it’s milky and badly burnt tasting. Received replacement atty and still same thing. My disc glows bright orange and I don’t think that is safe....
