You will love it. It is dead simple to use, and highly effective. Always on, always ready. I have a bunch of vapes, the Nano is the only one that gets used every single day without fail. Flavor about as good as it gets, and insane efficiency.

You said you had the cord replaced, and the split comes from that same area. I wonder if there is a correlation? Either way, I'd think Epic will resolve that under warranty with no issue. I had one crack (within days of receiving) and the whole return process was painless, and fast.

I posted earlier in this thread that I didn't enjoy the "preparation to use" the Supreme much based on it's design etc.....I'd like to take that back. I got out the Supreme last night, and noticed I was really enjoying the whole process.....from tearing the bud by hand and packing the tube right...

Yeah, when I said lightly tamp I should have said tap on side so it all falls down. I don't really tamp either.

I usually try to remove the elb after each hit. However, I don't always remember to do it. Have not noticed any ill effects from not doing so. I do not think much, if any, conduction goes on even if it is sitting in the EVO.

I very lightly tamp it down, and stir after each few hits usually (sometimes just pull the elb and shake it a bit).....you can put in just a very small amount or up to about 3/4 full (leave room for the cap). Whatever works for you. On that first hit, make sure you give it a decently long draw...

I apply the Ed's when my Nano is hot, then let it soak overnight and buff it the next day while still warm. I do not think it penetrates the wood very far though. Seems more like it is surface conditioning than anything, and I have my doubts as to whether it will have any effect on the...

This is exactly why my OCD required me to buy a backup Nano. I have an exotic walnut with a bunch of knots etc. in it, and one more plain walnut with a nice grain pattern but no knots etc..... I had one crack on me, and it started from an existing knot. So I do have some trepidation about this...
