They’ve had my RMA unit since the beginning of December. I got it the second week of July. It started acting stupid in October. It quit working beginning of November. RMA’d and just been sitting here wishing I had bought a Dynacup or Portside.

Yeah like all that works. You can feel the heat, the heater glows, but there’s like 3-4 inches of space between the bowl in the and the heater with the OG cover.
