If your lighter is not filling correctly, try using a pick of some kind of push the fill valve in and bleed any air out of the tank. Then refill.

Sorry if this has already been definitively answered, but I have this case. It's a nice case but too small for the Solo, much less any stems or other items. The Solo will fit length-wise, but it's too fat for the case to close.

Okay, I just did a test. I fully charged the unit and isolated my eye against the heater port. I get faint glow at 17 seconds, wide glow and feeling some heat at 23 seconds, full glow and red hot at 45 seconds. So is this what I should expect? I wonder if I should ask @firewood at this point...

I'll be interested to see that. I just turned off all lights and used my hand to isolate my eye against the draw port. Started heat-up with the online stopwatch. I get nothing at all until about 35 seconds, when I get a faint glow. A full minute for a full glow and starting to feel a little heat...

Just realized that when I sent my defective unit back for replacement, I forgot to keep the orange o-ring that came with my PVHES stems. Got my new unit, and the stems are loose as all getout. Anybody know what size o-ring I need, and can I find one locally, like at Lowe's? Edit: Also looking...

Hey FW friends. I've read through most of this thread and am wondering now if my walnut FW 2.0 is defective. It will work for me, but I have to hold the button for at least 1.5-2 minutes before I can get any visible vapor at all, and then I have to keep the button depressed to keep getting vapor...

Anybody else finding they have to change their screens after just 2-3 sessions? Not a big deal, but just notice they clog much more quickly than other any of my other vapes. What say you?

I ordered the walnut with an extra mouthpiece, and the extra mouthpiece is only the glass part, not the wood lid, so I wouldn't let that make your decision for you. The walnut is beautiful and was well worth the extra cost for me. With that said, the only benefit is aesthetic, so if cost saving...

Excellent tip, G Hog! The torch that came with my Daisy started giving me problems, so I've been using that one that looks like a small gun, but it's too small for my hands, and I have to pull my fingers back to use it, which is kind of a pain in the ass. I think I'll pick up one of these to try...
