I agree with everything posted. Stirring is not necessary -- I have depleted many stems without stirring for a number of reasons. With that said, I have found any vape, convection or conduction, benefits from at least one mid-session stir. I find this especially true when using a water piece...

Some of it depends also on ambient temp and whether the Zion has been warmed recently or not. At room temp, using my water tower, I like a 10-15 second preheat at full power, and then I back off to 75 percent and get some nice tasty hits. Then I stir and bump to full power for some lung-busters...
