If you also purchased a 18mm to 14mm reducer, you can just plug the whip right into that and have at it!

It doesn't change color as much because it's more convection than the Mighty. It is extracting very well though. Temp selection depends on the type of effect you would like. Have fun experimenting!

I don't grind too fine. A fluffy grind will suffice. If it's too fine, you can get herb in your balloon and it'll gunk up the screens faster, in my experience. Sometimes it takes a pull or two to get decent visible vapor using the whip, depending on moisture in your meds and the temp you have...

Mine will be going back as well. Must be stuck on the low end heat range. My bad for the heater comment and pictures. No more will be said/shown. I hope gluing the magnet back in place and bending the prongs to make the batteries work is ok.

You can change out the bags and use the same squeeze valves that came with the Herbie.

Have you tried installing new volcano bags in place of the OEM bags? I used turkey bags successfully but volcano bags would be better I would think.

My temp isn't right either. I have 25% travel and it's all the same low temp. I hold the button the entire session and barely get anything but a mild chipper high. Try taking an empty stem and blow back through the heater so it exits the intake. See if you can feel heat. That's how I was told...

I have already resolved one issue myself. I'll be able to do the same with the battery door. The potentiometer is the only issue now, function wise. I've tried a couple more bowls but have only managed minimal clouds at any of the possible dial settings. I have to mash the button the whole time...

Both my sets of batteries were loose fitting prior to bending the prongs. Two separate brands and one set is straight from RBT. We are going to look at the potentiometer next and do some phone troubleshooting to possibly fix it.

Have you contacted Herbalizer to tell them about it? I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune but I think you take a risk using it in Europe since they state not to do so and that it voids the warranty. I think they do at least. Best of luck! I would hope they would offer to teapot/ship it for free...

So, I did a little troubleshooting and found that one of the metal contact springs for the batteries was bent too much and the battery wasn't making proper contact. I bent the springs out a bit and installed the batteries. Much better contact and fit and they don't rattle around as much as I had...

I attempted to remove the knob by loosening the set screw. No deals. At least not with the force I'm comfortable applying to it. Also, my knob's range of motion is about a quarter of what is shown in the pictures shown a few posts back.

So I charged the batteries that came with the unit. Turned the dial to around 50% I'm guessing. Held the button for 3 seconds and then began a slow steady draw. Got nothing. Kept the button pushed and took a few more draws with a couple seconds rest in between. Nothing. To be honest, I'm kinda...
