Really apologize about the inconvenience. It seems that every time we ramp up our volume, a few gremlins find their way into production units. If your unit has an issue, drop us a support ticket and we'll get you a properly functioning unit so that you can be back in the clouds.

If that is happening, please send it back. There should be a little wiggle but you shouldn't be able to pull it out. Something like that doesn't need to be diagnosed when the problem is so obvious.
