Yes, the black plastic tips should screw off, if you are looking at the tip face on turn anti clockwise. I had many problems removing mine, it was incredibly tight. I found it better to grip the thicker bit of the black plastic and not the thinner mouthpiece section.

The charger is the the same as a PSP connector. Look online for a USB PSP Charing cable. Just confirm the length of the exposed metal pin + yellow plastic tip is around 12 MM and you will be fine :)

I tend to set the vape to blue, while its warming up I load my stem. By the time its loaded and ready normally the vape is nearly heated and the stem pushes in nicely. Feels like the process is quicker as well because its ready to hit nearly as soon as the stem is in. :)
