Have you tried contacting them again? They said mine would ship out this week but I haven't got a tracking number either. Hope they just show up, and soon. I'm definitely missing my XP.

You will get a new unit. You won't have to ship the old one back. contact admin@inhalater.com. They were very easy to deal with. I think they planned on having to replace a lot of these first units. Edit- I guess you do have to ship them back now.

I had pretty much the same experience. If it wasn't broke before it dam sure is broke now!

I've literally had capsules last me 40-50 minutes doing just that and it hits like a blunt to.

I had the same heat problem at first. What I found was packing the load down helps to slow the draw which gives you less heat. I will suck up a whole capsule full and then pack it down to half or so.

yeah, since I can cover the holes and still get some air coming from somewhere. I don't think motor oil is appropriate.

Those of you who have received replacements did you get shipping info or did it just show up at your house?

I just wish that they would have asked for beta testers if that's what they wanted. I'm sure they would have gotten plenty of volunteers. I would NOT have been one of them.

I put a finer screen in mine to keep particles from coming through.

If I went through that many capsules I'd probably assume there was something wrong with my unit and see if I could get it replaced. That's more than a capsule a week I've only had mine 5 days but the capsule I've been using is still like new and I can't see myself having to replace it any time...

They don't make them, you would have to special order one. Imo they wouldn't be any better than 4 hole because the holes in the stem aren't what restricts your draw. You can test this by drawing from the stem w/out putting it in the Solo.

Does the xp seal to the glass w/out an adapter?

Again imo the difference between 5 and 7 isn't that much, and the difference between the hegong and standard stem is. The avb in the hegong also never got as dark as it does in the stocker, I felt it was a waste but that's me. Your mileage may very. On the other hand PV was absolutely great...
