I suck out the oven after every time I pull the stem out. If you've got your hand around the part where the lights are, you can feel air rushing in and around the light panel when inhaling directly on the Solo oven.

Doesn't the Stainless Steel "basket" negate the "all glass vapor path"? Not hating...believe me, I wish I could afford one, if I had the money, I'd be all over it.

I will be a "control". I have a 3 month old unit and have never used it while charging, I've also never let any material touch the stainless bowl.

Did you ever use the plug and vape feature? I am trying to figure out if using that feature makes the unit start acting up.

Go for it Vicki, not me. I sometimes make false connections, but I seem to sense that there is one here.

I agree, if they could make it twice as big, it would help. sometimes it helps to flatten out the ball too.

Funny, but I have no problem dropping a ball on the screen, and I have huge hands. I have found better success using my left hand though. A screw off bottom would be cool...or one that dovetails entirely.

You'll know when it's "done" it will taste like you're pulling hot air through cardboard, usually about 8-10 hits in, for me.

Is it just me, or does it seem that people begin having problems with the Solo after attempting to use it while charging? I have the ability to do that, but I think there is a link, so I have not.

The MD came through big time at the Beach...with lots of Family around. Slip to the bathroom, done in 3 min. I always barely melt (enough that it can't move) a new hit onto the screen for next time. Not the best taste, but made up for in quickness and stealth...fair trade I think.

Ever see anybody pack the oven instead of the stem???
