Yet another change that was NOT beta tested....all of my XP's and my Beat 05 have a white chamber sleeve {insert} that can become soft after heavy use {extra high heat} but none of mine have ever melted.....:doh:

The ridge around the chamber is the white sleeve where the Polymide heating element lives...{it is a very thin heating element sandwiched between 2 layers of Polymide} so I was referring to the inside layer possibly breaking down a bit....and this is all speculation at this point.... { It might...

Now after that you have me thinking Polymide break down of some kind...we know from the past that the Polymide blackens pretty well where the runs are in direct contact with the Polymide...... Just to be clear we are talking about the streaks of dark brown or even black marks I see in your...

I have 2 thoughts of origin.... 1st thing that came to mind was possible some of the adhesive used in the chamber but then my 2nd thought is more likely..... If you take a little ISO to it and you are able to just about wipe it away or the Q tip is getting brown... it just might be some resin...

Yes I too had my 05 Beta unit turn itself on a few times.... I was told it was because my tolerances again were a bit loose and what was happening was a slight bump or vibration that can cause the switch to break contact from the switch and the MCU reads that as a cycle off and back on...

I should clarify because now you have got me curious as well.....my INH05 was the Beta version and I was told the tolerances were going to be tightened up as mine was very loose....in fact all of it has popped out on me... on more than one occasion....but I'm now hearing there are 2 of the...

Listen this really isn't difficult at all......yes care should be taken......maybe take a run at it to see what it is all about before actually using it in the field....... it really is a piece of cake with the INH05.... in fact after I have done it so many times now with the INH05.... I began...

It's a Hybrid with a primary focus on conduction...and a secondary convection booster as this design offers additional air warming chambers to aid in the vaporization process....:peace:

NF nice to see you are still looking in on us.....good to hear from you again.....I also felt the same about the beach thing so I bought 2 units for both my GF and I.....but now with them delivering on there earlier promise to be able to swap batteries on the FLY...... much less of a concern for...

Listen I happen to think this design is awesome in particular how they elected to reclaim and make use of heat that otherwise would have been wasted {Hybrid conduction with a convection kicker}.... To each his own I guess.......YES I forgot to mention the tiny LED would need to be pushed in a...

part of the top rim has been removed from the XP to allow the cap to click into the top of the INH05.... With the XP you were only able to see a small portion of the chamber sleeve but now on the INH05 you can see much more of the white chamber sleeve {assuming it is still white}.... once the...

OK so I hope we are talking about a unit that is NOT under warranty any longer or Inhalater has told you they will not warranty it for whatever reason..... The heating chamber slides out of the bottom just like the battery...after you have removed the switch cap and you were careful to lift...

I was involved in the beta testing...and wrote a review.... I did identify a few small things with Greg but was assured those issues were corrected in the production release. I'm watching the thread very closely this week as I'm expecting to read a few production release reviews..... Funny you...

AWESOME news.... I had asked you in the past how much actual air time you gave your Ascent..... so it is the XP that rules your roost...... Nice.... I'm curious as you have stated in the past the taste was better with the Ascent than with the XP...so what it is that makes you reach for the XP...

Listen these tubes I'm buying are at most local head shops...I've even seen a few gas stations carry them also..... I'm told they are used for crack....don't care...they are a perfect fit 3/8" 10mm OD and that walls are thin which is also why they are so perfect for the job.... "Love Rose" is...

That is it exactly....the screen is much larger....the course screen I found was 13/16" and I have to fold 4 corners {hospital bed corners} and a bit of shaping.....naturally the sides don't wish to be folded so it will keep a constant pressure along the wall of the tube.....after it has been...

scroll up to the top of 147 because I have pics using that same size tube 3/8" OD by 4" length and the wall looks to be about 1/32"..... the o-ring size is 1/2" x 3/8" x 1/16"....used to hold it firmly inside the XP.. I also found that a course screen works best and that I also found at the...
