I tend to become absent minded while watching videos and miss the click. I also like to heat at the bottom of the cap with a single which is riding the edge of combustion as it is. I think this is my third time combusting which is pretty good considering how hot I like to run my Vapcaps.

I find that I get the easiest pull with a larger diameter mouthpiece like a bong. The larger surface area allows me to put more PSI on the opposite end.

Isopropyl Alcohol, a bit of salt, some shaking and a rinse with hot water will clean your glass of the smell. You might need to do it twice. I just combusted the night before and had to clean out my glass and my Omni XL.

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I was already thinking about some smaller holes for other tools and what not. It's roughly the same size as the ABV box, 1/8" larger. I've been thinking about a modular design for a while but I haven't quite figured out what I want. I feel like I'm getting closer though. I'm sure I could...

    The Herbalizer

Mods feel free to merge this with my last post. I'm really enjoying my Herbalizer again. I can't believe how much the performance of my Herbalizer had fallen compared to what they're offering now. It's producing some really nice vapour, seemingly faster than I remember it ever doing so before...

I want a platinum coated cap that always stays shiny no matter what. IDK what the cost would be or if it's even possible but it would be really cool.

I've been using my desk lamp as a stand for my vape stuff forever. I figured it was about time I make a little organizer to keep things tidy. I'm not 100% on the design of it, but it's home for my Vapcaps and grinder tray for now.

    Winegums' Woodcraft

I worked on a prototype vape station this afternoon. I'm not sure if I'm 100% happy about the design or not. I wanted it to hold 18mm, 14mm, steel/magnetic items, and thinner things around the size of a pencil. The wood is 3/4" deep and the bottom is 1/4" thick. The main hole in the middle for...

The only way to defeat fear is to understand it and to not allow it to overwhelm you with doubt. I would encourage everyone to do a little bit of material science research on what is in your vapourizers. While there's quite a few people that can explain the safety of the materials on this...

    Dynavap VapCap

Unless you get your Vapcap hot enough to burn rubber, weed or wood you're not going to produce anything harmful. If you had a welding torch you might get things hot enough to start oxidizing metal but at that point it's glowing white hot. So I guess the safety of a vapcap is in your hands, it's...

    The Herbalizer

My Herbie just arrived from being repaired at Herbalizer. They must have put a new fan into the unit as it is much louder than it was before but it seems to have picked up quite a bit of performance to compensate. Heat up times seem to be faster and the magnet no longer rattles. I'm glad to...

I messed around with dyeing Maple a bit more. I tried to do a teal to green fade with this one and I think it came out okay. There's an annoying conundrum that happens when dying wood and sanding it smooth. You can't sand too much or you go through the dye and have to apply more, which raises...

    DHGATE - Aaaaaackkkkk! :) Good/Bad Seller List

I have a Tall piece from stevenlmz79. It came with a few scratch marks here and there on the tube, but over all is a perfectly functional piece with thick walls and good geometry. For the price I would order from him again. Anything domestic would have cost me double or triple the price.

I did another blue maple stem yesterday and have plans to see how some other colours go today.

It does sound like it's not calibrated properly. What does the bud look like after you've done a few pulls? It sounds like the bud should still be green or at least yellow, but not at the brown stage. Have you tried filling a bag with the fan at 430F-445F? That's really a definitive test to see...

    Herb Grinders

@babaganush The wear on your Space Case is normal and typically comes from teeth on teeth contact when you're closing the grinder up. The coating on the blades and edges where the actual cutting occurs looks pristine to me. To avoid more of the coating getting worn off I would just be a bit...

    The Herbalizer

I agree with what @MinnBobber says. The Herbie does not put out dense vapour, (unless concentrates or kief are being used) and the effects tend come on softer and slower than other vapes. I wouldn't be concerned about the density of the vapour being thinner than a Mighty/Crafty as that would...

    The Herbalizer

Can you try a couple things and answer a few questions for me? Turn on your Herbie without the bowl on the unit, look through the mesh and select "vapour therapy". You should see the halogen bulb begin to glow and flicker as it heats up. After it's warmed up, it should stop heating and pulse...

    Dynavap VapCap

The wood in your vapcap shouldn't be getting so hot that it's vaporizing the finish on the outside or the inside for that matter. The vaporization temperature of mineral oil is 600F which would burn the wood. Even the O-rings would be in serious trouble up past 450F. All this being said, don't...

Bee’s wax mixed with an oil of some sort to soften it. Candle supply stores should have bulk wax. Food based oils might go rancid as a word of warning. This is what I use. The small jar would be enough to finish hundreds of Vapcaps and should last years...
