UPDATE - plugged the charger directly into my computer and low and behold 1/2 hour later the unit is functioning again from being completely dead and not charging / no lights / nothing. I think there may be an issue with using an apple wall charger (usb-wall plug) with the magnetic charger...

@bigmouth apologies I meant I removed the screen not sleeve see my edited post should make sense now - yes there are two sleeves a longer one at the top then a screen separating them then a shorter sleeve underneath.

I noticed the sleeve sticking up slightly too on my new tcmv unit I have done as kommyknocker suggested and removed the screen between the two sleeves so now the chamber is deeper and the top sleeve fits perfectly. I prefer to load direct into the chamber.
