I also am irritated with Magic Flight. I have sent them two emails, one over three weeks ago and one 2 weeks ago. All I get back is the automated "we got your email message". I gave up on these people and purchased a Firefly. It is a much better vape and superior service and support.

It gets very hot when charging 2 batteries. I sent an inquiry to MF over 2 weeks ago....no response. I have now purchased a Powerex Maha MH-C9000. Works great without overly heating the batteries. Larger than I hoped and I am out the price of the MF charger, but all is well.

Thanks. I think I was holding the lid too tight and when I looked in the hole with a flashlight, I saw part of the cushion. It now works fine as long as I don't press on the lid.
