    Crafty/Crafty+ by Storz & Bickel

Inverted, I will let you know in a few hours, but I have a feeling it's similar to the Plenty in that it can be hit in any direction. I'd be more worried about the stress put on the (admittedly inexpensive) mouthpiece than the ability to take a hit.

Yeah, that's what I ended up with - I don't think it's a problem with android-x86 or VirtualBox, but simply a problem with the built-in macbook bluetooth. I have read reports on the web that an external USB dongle will work on OS X, but I am just going to borrow a friend's Droid phone in the...

You have to download the android-x86 emulator ISO and mount it to the VirtualBox Manager (via the storage tab). You can then install the emulator, and un-mount the ISO. From then on, you can boot into the Android OS directly. Let me know if you need further clarification, as I would love to have...

Crap. Can't get Bluetooth to work in the emulator. Might have to leave that for tomorrow.

Whoops, I totally did miss that! But I ended up just downloading an app that let me lock the screen. It's up and ready to go now! Super excited, but not sure if the bluetooth is going to work, since there's no way to test it just yet. Thanks for the help! EDIT: I looked up the process for...

Well, I got it to load, but now it is sideways and thus impossible to navigate through =/ I disabled auto-rotate but it still happens when I load the app. Still working on it.

I've been trying to emulate the crafty app on OS X; so far no luck, can't get the app to load, even with Virtual Box... maybe I'll tweak the settings again

Pulled the trigger on the crafty. Figured I'd end up getting one eventually anyway, so I may as well not waste any time. I'm guessing it'll ship first thing tomorrow and land Tuesday. Going to have to borrow a friend's Droid for setup, but once I have it set up I can wait for the iPhone app...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

futurebong, you are a gentleman and a scholar. That was one of the greatest reviews I have ever seen.

From what I have seen, when using the filling tool, you place it right over the bowl itself, without taking it off. The heating element is never exposed while the bowl is being loaded. I suppose after you've emptied and brushed it, you'd then remove the bowl and clean it separately. But the...

The Plenty has a similar heating element style. In my experience, particulates falling through has not been an issue. I actually anticipate it being less of a problem if you use the filling tool, since no such thing existed with the Plenty. I would notice sometimes that small particles got...

I'm thinking about selling my Plenty now - as much as I love it, a portable just sounds too appealing at this point. Echoing what people above are saying about USB - to me that might put it even over the Mighty. I have god knows how many USB battery packs that were given away as promotional...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

satyrday: I can't speak for the other low-count posters but I have no connection to S&B at all. I think the reason so many people with low post counts are in this thread is because most veteran FC posters shy away from S&B products in my observation. There's definitely an anti-volcano sentiment...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

That is interesting, as I was never able to get impressively big clouds from the SSV... then again, I am not stingy with how much I put in, and usually put like 0.3-0.5g in at a time. I think the main reason why the FC forum hasn't taken to the Plenty is because you need to load the bowl up to...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

I never quite understood the appeal of the SSV. In fact, I have one sitting in the corner of my closet, waiting to be sold. I got the Plenty to replace the SSV primarily because it puts out more vapor without the risk of combustion. In order to get big hits off the SSV, I'd have to crank the...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

Long time lurker, first time poster - this is the first time I've had anything to say. I'm actually pretty impressed with the Plenty, moreso than any of the other 5 (6?) vaporizers that I've owned/had extensive experience with. Much of what I like has already been said, so I'll spare the...
