    Discontinued Vapor Lithe

Yes, some anodized aluminums crack with increasing temp depending on their anodized layer thickness; the thinner, the less probable to crack. At 200 C , not a big deal, as the parts that are in contact with the flame wont be anodized. Inside the chamber the temp is pretty stable, and no doubt...

    Discontinued Vapor Lithe

Hi, I want to clear some questions regarding the metal used in our vaporizers. We decided to use brass for two reasons; its natural golden color, and mechanical properties. Brass is basically Zinc and copper at the right mixture, which is indeed very hard as these two elements get along very...

    Discontinued Vapor Lithe

Hi, I would like to give you a tip which is very useful if want to re-pack while the lithe is still hot. Get a glass with water and submerge only the tip for about 5 seconds. Unscrew, repack, and go. Running water is also an option to cool it fast, but it is very important not to wet the wood.

    Discontinued Vapor Lithe

Hi, It is great you like the Lithe. In relation to the flavor, during the first week the wood still has some humidity which adds flavor, but it disappears with time as it dries. Also, most of our Lithes come with the name of the wood in a little paper inside the chamber, but sometimes we...

yes, it may show some, but can be easily removed. Lithe has been engineered to keep the temperature nearly stable without abrupt changes to avoid combustion. Lithe Vaporizer

Torch lighters cause too much stress in the wood, me recommend to use a standard lighter like the Bic type. The bowl is fixed, and the volume is right for personal use, which is about 4 nice dense hits. the time it takes to fill it depends of many things. if you herbs are ground well, it is...

    Is Brass Safe?

Brass contains lead in small proportions, and shouldn't be focused concern as the lead atoms tend to be fixed within the micro structure of the alloy. The brass melting point compared with the vaporization temp suggests it is a safe for this use.

this is an interesting article about lead, "LEAD AND ITS NATURAL DISTRIBUTION ON EARTH Lead is the heaviest of the non-radioactive metals (atomic number 82; atomic weight 207) that naturally occur in substantial quantities in the earth's surface. Lead is present in all soils, rivers, lakes, and...
