I hear ya' - they've continually over-promised and gotten people's expectations up.

They are estimated dates, with a window of an entire month- that's inherently inaccurate right from the start. I get the frustration- I've been waiting a year and a half- but if you put too much thought into their estimations, you are just setting yourself up for MORE frustration.

So far, the earliest that anyone has reported is July 2015, regardless of when they backed it...

July for me too- I'm a backer but ordered on the last day. I'm betting no one is going to have an estimated ship date in June.... Oh and my extra battery is estimated for August- that's kind of dumb- are the batteries in short supply? It's not like they need to do any assembly for them or...

Unlike designing and building a new type of vape from scratch, designing and building a website is something that is done thousands of times a day, for years now. Even a tracking system isn't something that should take weeks to program...

For many here, true- but between my UD and the GH (if it delivers its promises) I'm set. I'm not vape-promiscuous, I'm faithful to what works for me.

I know we go through this every two weeks, but maybe THIS time's for real. It's not just the email update, but the update to their site (which I realize may not happen today or tonight). I'd like to think that when they update their site with shipping dates for backers,as they've said is coming...

I can just imagine their late night TV commercials: "How can we offer a lifetime warranty??? Because we're craaaaaazy!!"

So you are saying no one in their right mind should believe GH when they say they offer a lifetime warranty? We are supposed to be all like "oh, that's just them being crazy, of course that's unpossible!"? THEY are the ones that decided to say it, no one asked them to offer a lifetime...

Even if a full lifetime warranty was advertised from the start? Not talking about if you ran over it with your car and then left it out in the rain, but of it just mysteriously stops working? If a company uses a claim to sell something, I'm going to hold them to it...

"We are finally ready to ship! Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the boxes that we didn't catch until now. The printers assure us that they will expedite our order, and we should be receiving the new revised boxes any week now. We'll be back with another update July 1st"

The electronics could burn out after 2 hours of use, holding it in your hand isn't going to give the slightest indication whether that could happen. I'm not suspicous of that happening, but I say, only time will tell how durable it actually is.
