No, it is not. That is the single 14250 tube that came with the HVD kit. That will last you 3-4 hits before the battery needs to be recharged. The SS kit is for a 14500 battery.

Right on. Well, I'm not sure of a way to get a less expensive Omicron top for use on the core, than that link, they are $70 new from W9. Any V2 or later Omicron top should work on that Core tube; I like the SS tube+ AW 14500 for the Omi on the go.
