You sound like the situation I was in, I moved from a 3 pc grinder (sharpstone I believe though) to my SCS 2 piece and IMO it's going to be a completely different grind(if you look at the teeth they are squared vs sharp, so it will be a tougher grind physically, but get your bud more fine ime)...
