Actually the herbal cap is the newest. The only difference between the two besides the black Lotus ring is the spacer under the hot plate. Black cap has a metal spacer, herbal has a silicone oring, which lets it heat up faster than the black cap.

Here's a J-hook hack that you will like: water cooling with no resistance. Twist 2 cotton pipe cleaners around a straightened paper clip, soak in water and insert. This works much better than 1 folded pipe cleaner inserted from the other end, which I tried previously. Great cooling.

Hold the cap and tap it like getting ketchup out of a bottle. Once the parts are out it will be easy to put the screen back in. Start it with your finger and then carefully push the screen around its edge to get it in. I use a pencil eraser (or something small but not sharp). The newest caps...
