I can answer that. If you're doing direct draw with the stock mouthpiece, and without using a whip, the heating chamber is very close to your mouth. The vapor is still relatively hot when it hits your throat. In my house, multiple users reported a sore throat after a direct draw session. After I...

When I first tested the Ti, I had the heater in the wrong position by accident. The designer (Sebastien) tells me the heater position can cause un-even cooking of the load. You know those little hex screws on the heater? One of them had come loose after a few heat cycles, and I just re-tightened...

What to do with brick weed?

I have a friend that buys trimmings from a professional grower, specifically to make BHO concentrate. Its composed of fan leaves and some sugar leaves from mature female plants. I've dabbed this stuff and its strong! Its also great for edibles. This saying of 'trash to treasure' has merit, so...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately switching batteries makes no difference, so it looks like I've got a lemon on my hands. Disappointing as I've only had it a month, had just mastered the learning curve and was totally loving this vape. The battery was fully charged when the issue...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

Sorry to quote an old post, but I'm having an issue with my FF2 and this describes the situation perfectly. Was working fine yesterday. This morning I took it off the charger, started getting ready to load it, and noticed the light was solid red, as if it's overheated. First vape of the day, so...

In my humble opinion the XL is obsolete. Don't get me wrong, the its still an awesome vape, but the Ti is noticeably better. The Ti isn't drastically more expensive either, so personally I can't find any reason to buy a new XL at this point.

    Herborizer corner

I'd highly recommend it. Although I own 2 Herborizer XL systems that are well loved, they'll both be retired. To put the difference in perspective: The new model, on temp setting 3 or 4, is similar to the old model on 10. The power of the Ti is on another level and I can't go backwards...

Last week in Amsterdam I tested a Grasshopper with a bong... WOW!

    Herborizer corner

Thanks! I have tried a Subliminator (early model) and I think the Herborizer Ti is comparable in terms of raw power. On higher temps, its possible to finish a bowl in 1 big inhale, if you use smaller amounts and grind the herb finely. Used this way, it reminded me of dabbing (like a short but...

    Herborizer corner

Have been playing with the Ti for the last week in Amsterdam, and it gets a HUGE thumbs up from me. Definitely my new favorite desktop vaporizer. So much power, this thing hits hard!! On 5.5 it produces crazy thick and delicious vapor, from the very first inhale. As others have said, its also...

    Discontinued herbalAire

One of my HA's suddenly died... wondering if anyone else has seen this problem? The last few days, I noticed a couple of times when I plugged it in, the green light was flashing very fast (like there was a bad connection somewhere). Kind of a randomized fast flashing light, not the power-out...
