I think I may have gotten something figured out or narrowed down ! respect 215z (I think u onto sutten w/batteries ) I have not tried the hurt yet -- but …. I just fooled around with different configurations … as far as shorty with 1 batt / then the other … n so on -- well in the end...

I actually am using the 2 batteries it came with --- I am getting the top to light up and fully work when using single battery in SS SETUP and in persei top using with core … could there be a problem with the bottom coil ? it seems all is making connections ?

got @ w9 :) -- batteries correct …. 5 clicks works when on shorty / 1 battery / and on the core --- just the actual persei battery tube …. with adjusted bottom won't work ? bottom spring ? looks ok ? ill look with a flashlight into thur … thx 4 advice --- very odd ?

I totally understand what you mean but I kinda like because it keeps the entire unit clean n keeps eel .. where it should be pushed down to heat 4 use or future reclaim .. imo ? Are you guys using the medical grade new wicks (ceramic ) -- or the original coils hat came with ? HUGE HUGE...
