I thought I had mentioned before that the factory screen and oring fit in my wpa’s. That is how I’ve used mine since I started making them. I just send them with the basket screen so you have options.

I hand press each screen with a little jig I have in my shop. I can probably make a few and toss them in the mail if u need. I just hit mine with a torch lighter every few Deion’s to clean it personally. They are a decently high quality stainless mesh that I sourced.

Yeah I don’t think the oring is that big of a deal either. Tons of log vapes out there that work perfectly fine without an airtight seal at the heater. As long as the heater is powerful enough (which the roffus is pretty powerful for a portable) it should work ok. I would think worse case...

This is one of the reasons I opt for the carbed wpa. No need to lift on and off constantly.

Possibly. I have been using mine a LOT and it still feels the same tightness wise. That’s not to say over time it won’t wear it down though. I have also wondered this.
