I'm experiencing the same no vapor. Does there always need to be visible vapor to fully extract the good stuff? How do you know when it's spent? I'm still figuring out how vaping works esp with conduction. Why would it need to be fully packed vs there being some room in the oven?

Does it also work by putting it on top of the pearl, unscrewing it all the way & just placing it on top of herb then putting these spacers on top of that?

I don't know much about bowl packs re type of heating. Do you have to pack the bowl with conduction bc the walls (heat source) need to touch the material? Heated air at inhale doesn't help with extraction?
