    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I hate to jinx myself but I'm pretty sure I have a fully functioning hopper right now. New back end came in and paired with the old body (replacement still gets insta-burn your fingers hot at the heater area) it works perfectly. It's also not all scratched like the previous back end replacement...

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

It ran cooler than some but every hopper I've ever owned has been different.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

HL replied to me today with the same copy/paste "we're sending parts" message from last time. Got my fingers crossed that they'll send a good back end to go with the one good body I have.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

This new body is getting so hot now even on lvl 1 it will burn your fingers before it even goes blue. Gonna put it back in the mailer and not touch it for now.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Yeah, it's worse than before and now the back end gets super hot. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't try it. Edit: just got a hair away from combustion on temp 3.5....this thing is all over the place.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

HL continues to be the biggest disappointment I've ever given money to. "Parts" arrived today and it's a body. Nothing else. I tell them the only thing that fixes my unit is twisting the back end back and forth and they send me a body. :whoa:

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Got an email from HL saying they're sending me replacement part(s). Not sure what they're sending exactly but I guess I'll find out some time soonish maybe.

    Mighty for sale (price drop)

Mighty is the 2018 version and has been VERY well taken care of. Never packed a bowl directly in the chamber it has been used exclusively with pods. It works like new and only has one very very small scuff on the back that you can't really see. Includes Mighty, box, charger, loading tool, and a...

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Hopper Labs is such a joke. Finally made a warranty request for the SS hopper I've been having problem after problem with and the guy actually has the nerve to ask me if I've tried a slower draw speed. (My problem is weak hits and flickering lights with a 100% known good battery) If I wanted to...

I knew I'd never be able to decide on a design so I never even looked at them . Saw the milk paint and narrowed it down to my favorite 2 colors then decided on blue after seeing the mockups.

    Discontinued Healthy Rips FIERCE

This was my exact experience with the Fury 2. When I sent it in Healthy Rips also said they could smell what I was talking about but the replacement unit if received had the exact same issue.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I rarely touch my hopper these days. Every hit I have to fiddle with the back end to get it to work at its full potential and it's really just not worth it. Sounds like not much has changed in the past few months with HL either.

My F2 smell wouldn't go away after many many many many many burnoffs and bowls.

    Discontinued Healthy Rips FIERCE

I had the same problem with the Fury 2 on multiple units. Ended up giving up on it. Was hoping the Fierce wouldn't have the same weird smell/taste.
