Not really a gimmick...They've been around for more than 3 years and have obliged my warranty request every single time with ~10 different units and I don't see them going anywhere any time soon. I don't really understand everyone's point saying lifetime warranty is what's ruining them...even...

If reliability isn't an issue for you the Grasshopper is tough to beat. If it is look elsewhere.

Got my repaired grasshopper back. Seems to be working perfectly so far. Heater/chamber assembly also doesn't look like it was run over by a truck this time so that's pretty sweet.

The Grasshopper is as futuristic of a vaporizer as I can imagine. I feel like I'm holding some kind of magic in my hands every time I use it. The size of a pen and you can rip it for literally as long/hard as you want without it losing temp.

Decided to celebrate with a double hopper rip. Report on the 3 I purchased: 1 gives sensor damage lights and the other 2 work with some fiddling. When they work they work really good though as you can see from this video.

I highly doubt it's a move they made on purpose. Probably having trouble with the supplier since this is probably the only device on the planet that uses this battery. I wish they'd just come out with the wall adapter they talked about a few years back. That would be incredible.

Only real difference aside from weight (SS is significantly heavier) is that the Ti cools down much quicker between hits.

Check out the Milaana. It's a portable that you can easily use as a daily driver. I've never had a single issue from mine and it was one of the first units publicly sold.

I'm not him, but I but I also prefer flower because I feel like it gives a more "full" high that seems to last longer. Concentrates get me insta-stoned but I feel like it goes away fairly quickly.
