Got another hopefully repaired hopper on its way back to me. They just said it would be a few weeks still last week but I got a shipping notification yesterday. Fingers crossed it's fully working this time.

Not sure, but it was recently returned from repair with the supposedly most up to date internal parts, so less than a few months.

I've cleaned everything with ISO and fiddled with it a good bit. It's pretty borked. I've got years or experience making broken hoppers temporarily work again so you can rest assured I've already tried most if not all of the tricks and then some.
