Anyone have experience with Arizer support? Just sent an email about the lights malfunctioning on my NLE and I'm wondering what I should expect. Seems vape company customer service is incredibly hit and miss.

If you like the form factor that's great but the "tech" is nothing but the same conduction "tech" we've been seeing since ~2009-10 in Chinese portables. Definitely not worthy of any kind of price premium.

I haven't used a sublimator before but I can't imagine anything hitting harder than a 100% fully working grasshopper.

Kind of don't even want to think about it seeing as a 2 week estimate from HL can be as long as a year or more.

It was a Chinese knock off or something. No car company has produced a publicly available vaporizer.

It's all random. There's no consistency. This unit has been warrantied 6 times since 2018 and has never once worked absolutely perfectly for more than a day or so. Back in 2015 I had units that lasted until I sold them. There is no consistency whatsoever with hopper reliability and it doesn't...

I don't believe for a second the average hopper is any more reliable today that it was in 2015.

Hopper Labs has been in the wackiest of states since it was created. Splinter Z was nowhere near a grasshopper replacement for me. Edit: Received an email about a 20$ off Ti code...no word on my warranty request though of course.

My SS is all but dead as far as vapor production goes. Just opened up my 6th warranty request (for this specific hopper.)

Unless e-cigs are banned you'll be fine. No one is going to go around testing cartridges on a cruise ship to make sure it's e-liquid and not THC liquid. Just say it's an e-cig.

I like the price. Always cool to see something you like and think "that's gonna be way too fucking expensive" and then it isn't.

Just wanted to say I've been loving the alternate still. I can hand it to any one of my smoking friends and get them absolutely baked in like 2 hits. They all want a vape now.

If the Grasshopper thread is anything to go by, not hearing from the user base might be a really really really good thing. Maybe they're busy actually using the vape instead of wishing it didn't break ever 2 weeks.

My new back end works perfectly 90% of the time. Still every once in a while though it will start doing the flickering lights/weak hits. Couple back end twists and it's back to normal. Oh well.

Regular nitecore charger works fine with them.

Yep when the hopper works right there is nothing that can beat it imo. Desktop or portable. Only reason I've put up with their BS for years haha.
