I don't. Mine has been RMA'd twice since they supposedly got it all figured out and it is currently sitting at Hopper Labs. Still extremely excited for the IO though I think it will be incredible.

I asked about skipping my repair and using it towards credit for the IO. They offered $80 credit so I think I'll just wait for repair and pay full price for my reserved IO.

I love that the Hopper's default configuration has no cooling unit. My main gripe with devices like the Crafty (other than non removable batteries) is the fact that the cooling unit condenses a shit ton of vapor and in turn your product doesn't go nearly as far. One bowl in the Hopper is...

I dunno, I've got a couple of them but always found just curling my finger up around the edge of the hopper was quicker and easier.

Indiegogo campaign was definitely happening around 2013 and it's been nothing but delays problems since. I never said anything about the first unit being delivered.

I love absolutely every single thing about the hopper when it works. Clearly a lot of other people do too or they wouldnt still be in business after the multitude of problems they've had over the last 5 or 6 years. :lol:

Been waiting for this since the Hopper was released. I'll definitely be ordering one when I can free up the funds.
