How did you first learn FC existed? What brought you here?

I was into vaping thc oil and watered down thc oil. I forgot what company it was, but I remember I wanted to know more about a strain called Dragon's Breath because it was the one hitter quitter I had been looking for in oils. Since they had all varied in strength. Google said this place had a...

Age of the FC Community plus a lot of nostalgia

I weep for you. Legalize it. Then people won't be inhaling dangerous chemicals while trying to hide their substance use. Make it so that it's not a black mark against you to own a pipe. I'm glad I found vaping a relatively short time after starting to smoke. Edit: Although I still smoke...

    Concentrates for Noobs - Q&A

It took me a while but you are right. It is vapable. In a convection vape. I used some in my flowermate and it left me wanting more power in my vape. I bet household units or good portables can do it. My experience mainly includes coils and nails. So that's what I jump to when I think vape.

    Concentrates for Noobs - Q&A

Bubble Hash is ice water hash and that is not vaped. It is smoked. It's trichomes washed in water then filtered. Good concentrate if you don't want to smoke wax (because of solvents or strength or whatever) If you want vapable material, you should look for BHO (Butane Hash Oil) or QWISO (Quick...

    Some secrets to good Qwiso

I wish someone had replied to your question. Please let me know what your results were using the silicone double boiler. I'm thinking of starting to make qwiso and a double boiler is on my shopping list, once I can clear it of course. I don't know if silicone is safe to use with isopropyl...

I don't think they will be able to make it. Jane messaged me asking how this piece was installed. I think she means how is the piece put inside of the glass. Anyone know how to pull the rabbit out of the hat. I'm stumped.

Yeah I think that's what Jane is asking about right now. I think it's because the glass propeller is concave on the inside where it connects to the downstem. That's what it looked like to me at least. Anyone know for sure what it is? Obviously there needs to be an airpath in the spinning part...

I got another message from Jane and didn't know what to reply when she asked how the perc was held in place. I was so sure it was a glass rod. Thank you for pointing this out. I will send her this pic. Thank you.

Here I highlighted them in red. This rod is what I'm talking about. I'd say it sits outside the chamber of the concave/curved propeller chamber. What are you talking about? Also it appears to only have two holes. It's a two hole perc.

Ouch, that's 600 dollars. I think we should try our luck with china. I mean, we can ask them to keep trying until they get a good function vid, right? I contacted another seller and they told me to send them sample pics. So I sent a few vids some pics and my hand drawing of exactly how I...

Huh, you're right. On that picture and in this video You can see that there is a rod across the very last bit of the down stem. That holds the propeller in place! Edit: Across the very bottom. It looks like a rod and is travelling through the percolator/down stem.

I’d imagine that they are going to mess up a few times when trying to make them, but like anything once they’ve gotten experience they will get better at it. I’m willing to be the guinea pig and report my findings to you guys.

    Custom Glass Ideas/Designs Thread

I just found this thread which is excellent because I'm in need of help. I contacted steven to see if he could make me a straight fab with propeller perc. Jane responded and said yes they can make it but they need a close up of the perc to see how to make it. I drew up an image of how I...

I've been talking to Steven and trying to get him to produce a propeller perc piece. Like this one: She(?) says that she needs to know how the airflow would work. I really need help in telling her how that piece flows air. I'm thinking it's something like this And I will send that image...
