It's actually EUR 22 and two batteries plus shipping is less than 20 EUR. Meaning the USD needs to rise ten percent to ruin that. Also amounts below EUR 5 (?) are not collected, so there's a good safety margin.

But does the air flow along this insulation? Doesn't look like it does. It's not a great design but it doesn't look to me like a health hazard. At least it doesn't leave any sort of debris in my bubbler.
