How hard are you pulling on your Herc? You don't want to pull hard but rather use the Sherlock method of hitting. Hopefully this helps.

D'oh! I guess I'll be rigging my Nibbler X via rubber mouth piece for a while. I've seen people use the Herc upside down in their water pipes. Will that work for now or will I lose performance by holding it upside down?

To be perfectly honest, Vapelife Will doesn't really seem to have a firm grasp on actual vaporizers. Almost everything he recommends is a rebranded ecig and he seems to be more of a character than a credible authority on vaporizers. Can't stand that guy's vids or his shtick.

No, the new SR-71 will also have a 3.7v heating element available for purchase soon if you want to use it for vaping flowers.
